Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

The Sankalpa: International Journal of Management Decisions is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of authors, reviewers, editors, and readers. Any personal data collected through the journal’s website or submission and communication processes is used solely for the stated purposes of scholarly publishing and is handled in a secure and responsible manner.
Personal information such as names, institutional affiliations, email addresses, contact details, and ORCID iDs provided by users is collected only for editorial, peer review, publication, and communication-related activities. This information is used to manage manuscript submissions, coordinate the peer review process, communicate editorial decisions, publish author information with accepted articles, and maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
The journal does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Access to personal information is limited to authorized editorial staff and is used strictly in accordance with ethical publishing practices. Information may be disclosed only when required by law or in cases of suspected academic misconduct, where disclosure is necessary to uphold ethical standards.
The journal employs reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting the journal through its official communication channels.
