The Sankalpa: International Journal of Management Decisions follows a transparent and author-friendly copyright policy designed to support open access dissemination while protecting the intellectual rights of authors and the journal. Copyright of all articles published in the journal is retained by the Journal, while authors are granted broad rights to use, share, and disseminate their work in accordance with the journal’s licensing terms.
All published articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) License. Authors grant the journal the non-exclusive right to publish, archive, and distribute the accepted manuscript in print and electronic formats, and to include the work in indexing services, repositories, and academic databases. Authors may self-archive the published version of their article on personal websites, institutional repositories, or academic networking platforms, with appropriate citation to the journal and a link to the official publication.
Any commercial reuse of the published content, translation for commercial purposes, or adaptation beyond the terms of the license requires prior written permission from the journal. The journal does not levy any article processing charges and ensures that copyright and licensing information is clearly stated on each published article to maintain transparency and protect the scholarly record.
