Article Processing Charges (APC) Policy
The Sankalpa: International Journal of Management Decisions follows a no-APC publishing policy and does not levy any Article Processing Charges at any stage of the publication process. Authors are not required to pay fees for manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, acceptance, publication, or online hosting of their articles.
This policy reflects the journal’s commitment to inclusive, equitable, and ethical scholarly publishing. By eliminating financial barriers, the journal ensures that high-quality research is evaluated solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance, regardless of the authors’ institutional affiliation, funding status, or geographic location.
The journal is published by the Department of Business Administration, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, India, and is supported through institutional resources. Any costs associated with editorial management, peer review, production, and online dissemination are borne by the publisher, not by the authors. The journal does not engage with third-party agencies for paid publication services and does not accept payments, commissions, or processing fees from authors or intermediaries.
Authors are advised to disregard any communication claiming to collect APCs on behalf of the journal unless it is issued directly from the journal’s official contact channels. This clear and transparent APC policy is maintained to uphold trust, academic integrity, and fairness in the publication process.
