Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming strategic decision-making in global firms, enabling predictive insights, scenario modeling, and data-driven planning. This study analyzes 200 multinational corporations in the technology, finance, and healthcare sectors, assessing how AI adoption influences decision speed, accuracy, and innovation outcomes. Findings indicate that AI integration improves market responsiveness, reduces operational inefficiencies, and enhances competitive advantage. Challenges include data privacy concerns, workforce skill gaps, and algorithmic bias. The study proposes a framework for AI-driven strategy that combines human expertise with advanced analytics, providing managers with practical tools to leverage AI while mitigating risks. The research contributes to strategic management literature by demonstrating the transformative potential of AI in organizational decision-making.
