Abstract

The article explores how strategic leadership styles influence organizational performance in public and private sectors. Based on quantitative data from 250 firms in Asia and Europe, the research finds that transformational leadership positively correlates with innovation outcomes and employee engagement, while transactional leadership shows stronger effects on operational efficiency. The study suggests tailored leadership development frameworks for different organizational cultures and strategic priorities.
