Language is one of the most influential instruments used in political communication and governance. It serves not only as a means of conveying information but also as a powerful tool for shaping public opinion, constructing political ideologies, and exercising authority. Political leaders, governments, media organizations, and institutions strategically use language to persuade, influence, mobilize, and control societies. Through speeches, slogans, propaganda, debates, policies, and digital communication, language plays a central role in maintaining and challenging political power structures. how language functions as a tool of political power in different social and historical contexts.
