Athletes and anybody engaging in physical activities, whether for leisure or as part of a professional program, are prone to sports injuries. Overuse, poor training methods, lack of conditioning, accidents, and physical contact are some of the risks that athletes face, despite the many positive psychological, social, and physiological effects of participating in sports. Athletes' health, mental clarity, and quality of life are all negatively impacted by sports injuries. For this reason, it is critical to promote long-term sports participation and ensure athlete safety by learning efficient techniques for injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. viewpoints on sports injuries from the vantage points of recovery, management, and prevention. Pains including sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations, ligament rips, muscle strains, and overuse injuries are discussed, along with their origins and classifications. The study looks at both the internal and external elements that can lead to injuries, such as age, flexibility, physical fitness, and injury history. The external factors include things like equipment, playing surfaces, environmental conditions, and training procedures.
