Abstract

This paper assesses the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) adoption on workforce productivity across technology, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Using national survey data from 1,200 firms and productivity indices, the study finds significant productivity gains in firms that implemented AI enhanced processes, particularly in manufacturing. Challenges related to skill gaps and change management are also discussed, with recommendations for training and policy support.
