AI-Driven Decision-Making and Organizational Agility in Multinational Corporations

In an era of rapid technological disruption, organizational agility has become a key determinant of competitive advantage for multinational corporations (MNCs). This study investigates the impact of artificial intelligence (AI)-driven decision-making tools on organizational agility across technology, manufacturing, and service sectors in North America, Europe, and Asia. Using data collected from 200 MNCs and 1,500 managers, the research demonstrates that AI tools, including predictive analytics, scenario simulation, and automated reporting, enhance the speed and quality of strategic decisions. Firms adopting AI-driven decision-making report improved responsiveness to market shifts, reduced operational inefficiencies, and greater innovation output. The study also identifies potential challenges, including resistance to change, workforce skill gaps, and ethical considerations surrounding AI use. Recommendations include integrating AI training into leadership development, establishing ethical guidelines, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to fully realize AI’s potential. This research contributes to both academic literature and practical understanding of how emerging technologies can transform corporate decision-making and organizational resilience in a global context.
