Abstract

Employee well-being is increasingly recognized as a driver of organizational innovation. This paper analyzes how mental health programs, flexible work arrangements, and inclusive culture influence creative output in multinational corporations. Survey data from 350 firms in Europe, North America, and Asia indicate that organizations prioritizing well-being report higher innovation patents, product launches, and process improvements. Challenges include measuring well-being impacts and aligning initiatives with business objectives. The study highlights strategies for integrating human resource management with innovation management, offering a practical framework for enhancing performance through employee-centric policies.
