Abstract

This paper examines supply chain resilience strategies adopted by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the aftermath of the COVID 19 pandemic. Through a mixed methods approach combining case studies and surveys across 400 SMEs in Southeast Asia, the research identifies digital integration, supplier diversification, and real time analytics as key determinants of resilience. Policy and managerial implications for strengthening SME supply chains in future disruptions are discussed.
