Abstract

Fintech is transforming corporate finance through automation, data analytics, and digital payments. This study examines the adoption of fintech tools in 150 firms across Europe and Asia, assessing their impact on efficiency, risk management, and financial decision-making. Results indicate that companies utilizing digital invoicing, predictive analytics, and blockchain for internal finance operations experience faster processing times, improved cash flow management, and enhanced transparency. Challenges include integration with legacy systems and cybersecurity risks. The study provides actionable insights for finance managers aiming to leverage technology to optimize performance while maintaining compliance.
